At Waldo Jewelers, we make designing your custom engagement ring a personalized, stress-free, and exciting experience. Our Concierge Design Process ensures that every detail is just right, from the initial concept to the final polish.
- Step 1: Choose Your Center Stone or Use Your Own
Begin by selecting your center stone from our curated selection of ethically sourced diamonds and precious gemstones, or bring in your own stone and receive a quote for incorporating it into a new custom design. - Step 2: Collaborate with a Design Expert
You’ll work one-on-one with our engagement ring specialist to design a ring that matches your personal style and fits your finger perfectly. Choose from a wide variety of ring settings, metal types (platinum, white gold, yellow gold, rose gold), and custom design elements to make the ring truly yours. - Step 3: Wax Model Preview Appointment
Within approximately one week, return for your wax preview appointment. You’ll get to see a 3D-printed model of your engagement ring and make sure the design meets your expectations before it goes into production. This step ensures you’re 100% confident before the final crafting begins. - Step 4: Ring Crafting & Completion
Once you approve the design and provide full payment, your custom ring will be handcrafted in our on-site workshop. Production typically takes 3 to 4 weeks. Because custom engagement rings are truly one-of-a-kind, occasional delays may occur—we’ll keep you informed of any changes to your delivery timeline.
